In cooperation with the Chair of Soil Science at the Technical University of Munich, the Professorship Big Geospatial Data Management will host a workshop on the use of AI in soil science. This expert workshop presents an unique opportunity for MSc and PhD students, postdocs, and early-career scientists interested in AI techniques and soil science to come together and collaborate on discussing current challenges and emerging opportunities in this interdisciplinary field. The event will feature keynote presentations and interactive group discussion sessions designed to facilitate the exchange of participants’ expertise in AI applications within soil science. This workshop promises to provide valuable insights, foster meaningful connections, and advance the integration of artificial intelligence in soil research.
